You will start your challenge near the Moorabool Street bridge and head towards Breakwater first. Crossing the river, you then run on the other side along the scenic walking track to Fyansford. Around the common, across the river again before heading home along the riverside track. There are plenty of water stops along the way for you to replenish at and the course is clearly marked. It will be your responsibility to heed their instructions. Remember to watch for pedestrians, cyclists and dogs. The course is a shared pathway. Use common sense at all times.

No refunds will be available within 2 weeks of race date, unless otherwise arranged with race organisers.

START/RACE COURSE
The start line is underneath the James Harrison bridge. Please assemble at least 5 minutes prior to the START TIME of 9.00am. There will be a race briefing with important information about the course, drink stations and race conditions.

From James Harrison bridge runners head under Moorabool Street bridge and turn right onto Belmont Common. After completing a loop of Belmont Common runners turn right again and along the river towards Breakwater bridge. Crossing the river, you then run along the scenic walking track to the iconic Landy Field and behind the rowing sheds. You follow this track all the way to Fyansford pub. Around the common, across the river two more times and past the golf course before heading home along the riverside track. The finish is underneath the Moorabool Street bridge.

Relay teams are made up of three runners, either male, female or mixed. Each runner will run approximately 7km. The changeover point for the second runner will just past the Moorabool Street Bridge on the north side of the river. The third runner will change over at the 14km mark at Fyansford. Note that only the final leg runner need wear the timing chip. Relay change over points will be marked by signs.

Depending on the conditions on the day, you should hydrate accordingly. Drink stations will be provided at 4km, approx 9km, 11.5km, 16km and at the finish. They will dispense water at all, however the finish will also have Enervit sports performance drinks available.
